- The Nicon Pyramid Raiser Block is designed to attach three vices for five-axis machining of multiple parts in one setup.
- The 30-degree vice mounting surface is positioned so that each vise provides maximum access to all machined surfaces and allows for enhanced spindle and cutting tool clearance.
- The Pyramid Raiser Block is made of 6061-T651 anodized aluminum and has a 310mm diameter and base to fit a variety of five-axis CNC machines,5axis rotary tables. The Pyramid comes pre-drilled for easy mounting to most machine tables, pallets or sub plates.
