Description

The Nicon Pyramid Raiser Block is designed to attach three vices for five-axis machining of multiple parts in one setup.
The 30-degree vice mounting surface is positioned so that each vise provides maximum access to all machined surfaces and allows for enhanced spindle and cutting tool clearance.
The Pyramid Raiser Block is made of 6061-T651 anodized aluminum and has a 310mm diameter and base to fit a variety of five-axis CNC machines,5axis rotary tables. The Pyramid comes pre-drilled for easy mounting to most machine tables, pallets or sub plates.
